This 9.7 mile railway path runs from just above Stanhope in the North Pennines National Landscape and UNESCO Global Geopark, through upland landscape to the urban fringe of Consett.
The Tees Railway Path is a 10km route which runs from Lonton west (near Middleton-in-Teesdale) to Cotherstone and provides an excellent way to discover Teesdale.
Discover the glorious North Pennines by electric bike, and let the chain take the strain.
The South Tyne Trail follows the route of the River South Tyne from the source to Haltwhistle. Open to walkers and cyclists, it is almost 23 miles (36.5km) long and is a fantastic two-day experience in the North Pennines.
