Join us on 30 August 10.30am to 12.30pm, at Bowlees Visitor Centre, to discover traditional hay meadows; collect seeds and learn about the restoration of the magnificent hay meadows of Teesdale. We’ll be taking part in a seed sowing activity at the Wildflower and Tree Nursery at Bowlees after a guided walk with Dr Ruth Starr-Keddle.

Wild Wednesday activities are suitable for children aged five to 12 years. Children need to be accompanied by an adult.

All donations are used to help us support more people to access the outdoors, through our visitor centre at Bowlees, improvements to access and rights of way, and digital and printed information for visitors.
