SUMMARY:Wildflower seed sowing
DESCRIPTION:Join us at Mickleton Village Hall on 17 October 10am to 3:30pm for a session of sorting and sowing wildflower seeds. We will be sowing seeds from plants such as Globeflower that have been collected from existing populations in Teesdale. Once grown these plants will be used to enhance upland hay meadows in Teesdale. All training and equipment will be provided. \nTea\, coffee and light refreshments will be provided but please bring your own lunch. All ages welcome\, children must be supervised by adult. If you have any queries please contact Patrick: patrick@northpenninesaonb.org.uk. \nPlease sign up using the Better Impact volunteer system. \n      \nDelivered as part of the Tees-Swale: naturally connected programme. Tees-Swale is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and led by the North Pennines AONB Partnership in collaboration with the Yorkshire Dales National Park. \n
