SUMMARY:Mining heritage condition surveying and monitoring
DESCRIPTION:Join us at Allen Mill in Allendale on 15 November\, 10am to 3pm\, with Tom Gledhill\, Heritage at Risk Officer\, Historic England\, to help us look at surveying the condition of historic sites of the North Pennines. \nAs part of the planned Land of Lead and Silver project we will be creating a methodology to help create a baseline survey of historic sites\, allowing us to monitor changes and risks in the future. \nIn this workshop we will look at the best methods to gather information on and report the condition of scheduled monuments.
