He said: “In my day job I spend a lot of time encouraging people to discover the outstanding North Pennines landscape\, similar to what I hope to achieve with my art. The Bowlees Visitor Centre is the gateway for visitors to the North Pennines and an ideal location to display my art\, and I hope that people will enjoy my art and be inspired to discover the landscapes I’ve depicted.” \nSimon works mainly in acrylic but also in mixed media including Indian Ink\, graphite and charcoal.
