DESCRIPTION:Join us on farms across Teesdale to help increase biodiversity\, connectivity for pollinators and conserve threatened wildflower species\, by planting out wildflowers into Teesdale’s upland hay meadows. \nThese wildflower plants have been grown from locally hand-collected seeds and looked after for a year by volunteers either at home or at Bowlees Wildflower nursery. \nDelivered as part of the North Pennines National Landscape’s ongoing programme of works\, supporting farmers and landowners to deliver nature recovery. \nWe will be planting out wildflower plants at several locations across Teesdale throughout the autumn\, locations tbc. Children must be supervised by an adult. \nDates are: \n\n30 September  (9.30am to 12.30pm)\n21 October        (10am to 3pm)\n28 October       (9.30am to 12.30pm)\n10 November   (10am to 3pm)\n26 November   (10am to 3pm)\n\nExact locations will be communicated at least 48 hours before event. \nIf you have access requirements\, please contact us: communications@northpennines.org.uk \nPlease sign up using the volunteer system Better Impact \n \n
