SUMMARY:Waterfalls and wildlife walk
DESCRIPTION:Join Natural England Senior Reserve Manager\, Martin Furness for a 12km (7.5 mile) guided walk along the River Tees from Low Force\, through Juniper woods and up to High Force\, returning along the lower slopes of Holwick Fell. Meet at Bowlees Visitor centre car park on 5 June 10am to 3estpm. £5 per person. \nThe walk is classed as grade: medium – difficult (stiles\, uneven paths\, some steep climbs). Please wear sturdy footwear and bring a packed lunch\, a drink and snacks. \nThis event is part of North Pennines NatureFest running from Saturday 24 May to Sunday 9 June 2024.
