Weardale Cheese produces a range of hard and semi-soft cow’s milk cheeses in the unique setting of an old POW Camp hut. Inspired by both Weardale – part of the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and UNESCO Global Geopark and Co. Durham, cheeses include: Weardale, Brie-a-Dale, Prince Bishop blue, Weardale Nettle, Bonny Moor Hen smoked, St. Cuthbert blue and Pimenton (spiced).
