DESCRIPTION:Come along to a laid-back evening of charcoal sketching with local artist\, Sheila Mitton\, at The Hive in Nenthead on Monday 28 April\, from 6pm to 8pm. \nEveryone is welcome\, even if you’re a complete beginner. You don’t need to bring anything\, as all the supplies will be provided. \nThis workshop is part of the Nenthead200 celebrations\, marking 200 years since the London Lead Company designed the village of Nenthead. Hopefully there will be an opportunity (weather permitting) to view the stars through a telescope. There will also be the chance to see some meteorites up close! \nYour ticket includes hot drinks\, pie\, chips and peas. Places are limited so don’t leave it too late to book. \nThis event is aimed at people with a general interest in the night sky\, including families with children (aimed at ages 7+). Bring warm/waterproof clothes/a torch (red light if you have one).
