Loading Events

In this online event, John O’Reilly will go through the basic identification and ecology of key sedges and rushes found in a range of habitats. The distinguishing features and habitat requirements will be presented, with time for discussion/Q&As at the end.  The event is suitable for all, with an emphasis on managing wetter soil conditions which will be relevant for farmers, land managers and landowners.

There will be an opportunity to find out more about the Tees-Swale: naturally connected programme and how you can get involved. Tees-Swale is funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund and led by the North Pennines AONB Partnership in collaboration with the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority.
