About Us

TuT Bull
Hi, I’m TuT Bull, A wilderness artist & bushcrafter. I spend my time creating works of art using natural materials and going on adventures in the most beautiful northern England.
Surrounded by pristine shorelines, vast woodlands and roaming hillsides inspiration is all around me.
I became a bushcrafter at the age of 5 when my father a British army chef began teaching me survival and bushcraft skills.Later in my life I became seriously ill and while recovering I returned to my wilderness ways and the skills my father had taught me.
I believe nature is a powerful healer, not only for the body, but our souls and minds too.

Bushlore keeps traditional skills alive with the hope of inspiring people to reconnect with our natural world. So please come along on my Bushlore adventure and be inspired.

Lya Vollering
I am a gartist, that is a gardener and an artist. I am interested in how we link social justice with environmental justice. Above all, how do we create alternative ways of living that are sustainable socially, financially, spiritually, emotionally, mentally.. for all living creature? And how do we do that in a way that does justice to the enormous rich diversity of this world? I live in the walled garden and love to welcome people to share the space with all the other beings here.

Scarlet Hall
Hi, I am a genderqueer person who is working at the North Pennines AONB Partnership to support collective learning around how to make the organisation, our work and the wider North Pennines more welcoming and accessible to a greater diversity of people.

This event is a collaboration between TuT Bull, the North Pennines AONB Partnership, LGBT+ Northern Social Group, and The Walled Garden at Minsteracres.
