A volunteer opportunity to help replace a rotten gate post on a kissing gate near Slaggyford, Northumberland 11 October 10am to 1pm. Due to the physical nature of the work, a reasonable level of fitness will be required and is suitable for 16+. Under 18’s need to be supervised by an adult.

Please bring warm waterproof clothing. All PPE (personal protective equipment) will be provided, including safety glasses, gloves and steel toe cap boots if you need to borrow some. The activity shouldn’t take us past lunchtime, however you are welcome to stay afterwards for a cup of tea.
