Volunteer to help us lay the hedge bordering the garden outdoor space at Castle Carrock Primary School on on Saturday 24 February, 10am to 3pm.
This is part of the school’s woodland classroom and nature connection project providing a better space for children to learn and connect with nature. It is a chance for participants to learn about historic land management practices which have shaped our landscape.
This is a family friendly event, where children (accompanied by a parent) can join in, play, and learn. Hot drinks and lunch will be provided.
Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for working outdoors, and bring gloves. Please bring flasks with hot drinks, snacks, and packed lunch. If you have any appropriate tools, feel free to bring them along.
For more information please email Dylan Hardy or call 07704147690.
