Fellfoot 40 cycle route
A cycle route of 64.4km (40 miles) which can be completed in one day or split over a few days.
The route follows a figure-of-eight through the Eden valley and along the western fellside of the North Pennines along quiet lanes and through traditional villages.
The route can be accessed by train from Brampton, Wetheral, Armathwaite, Lazonby and Langwathby stations. There is a range of local accommodation available and village cafes, pubs and shops offer refreshments and water refills.
