Join us to help repair two sections of boardwalk on the Pennine Way in Upper Teesdale on 27 September 10am to 2pm. It is essential to repair boardwalks as they provide people with a route across what would otherwise be a more difficult or inconvenient surface e.g. wet or soggy land.

Due to the physical nature of the work, a reasonable level of fitness will be required and is suitable for 16+, (NB Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult). The session may take us past lunchtime, so please bring a packed lunch/drinks and bring warm waterproof clothing. All PPE (personal protective equipment) will be provided, including safety glasses, gloves and steel toe cap boots if you need to borrow some.
