Wild Wednesdays are activities suitable for children aged five and over to enjoy and be creative.

Join us at Bowlees Visitor Centre on 6 August, 10.30am to 12.30pm, for a fun filled morning of activities getting to know the variety of pollinating insects we have around the site. Take part in citizen science PoMS Pollinator Scheme and help record and learn tips for how to invite more pollinators into your own garden and local wild places.

Suitable for children aged five to twelve years. Younger siblings also welcome but no need to book. All children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. £2 per child. Please wear sturdy footwear and clothing suitable for the weather and potentially messy activities. Bring your own picnic to enjoy after the event.
