A walk of 7.6km (4.75 miles) taking approximately three hours.

Dufton and its pike offer a good fellwalk along country lanes, bridleways and green ways with good views along the Pennines escarpment and wests to the Lake District fells.

This walk is classed at hard. It follows narrow lanes and paths with steep sections with some boggy stretches.
