Talkin Fell high level walk

A walk of 7km (4.4 miles) taking approximately two hours and 30 minutes.

A varied walk with woodland and heathery moorland with excellent views of the Scottish hills, the Lake District Fells and the Eden Valley.

This walk is classed at moderate. It follows tracks and paths with steep terrain through heather. It is rocky in places and there are some boggy stretches. The route crosses open access land and access can sometimes be restricted for nature conservation, land management or public safety reasons – visit www.openaccess.naturalengland.org.uk for the latest information.
