We will be joined by Shane Harris, Tourism Lead and Naomi Foster, Geology Projects Officer, who will talk about why the North Pennines is a UNESCO Global Geopark, how the impressive landscape of the North Pennine escarpment has formed over millions of years, and what visitors can look out for in this area.
