Join us at Bowlees Visitor Centre on 24 February 10:00am – 15:30pm to create a diverse mix of scrub and taller trees on a bank.

This work will create new habitats for wildlife and improve the structural diversity of the existing woodland as well as stabilising the eroding bank.

All are welcome from ages 11 and up. The work will take place on a steep slope so sure footedness and a reasonable level of fitness are essential.

The visitor centre, which has toilet facilities, will be open on the day.  Refreshments will be provided inside.

Please make sure you bring warm waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear. Refreshments will be provided, but please bring a packed lunch. All tools and PPE, including work gloves, will be provided.
