Bowlees Visitor Centre – catering business opportunity 

We have a great opportunity available to develop a catering business at our Bowlees Visitor Centre in the heart of upper Teesdale.

The North Pennines AONB Partnership is seeking applications for a new licensee for the catering concession at their Bowlees Visitor Centre to start in March 2020. This busy attraction close to Low Force, High Force and the Pennine Way has an established programme of events and marketing activity that draws over 50,000 people each year. The café operation is an integral part of the offer at the Centre. We are looking for a caterer to work with us to expand the operation by providing good value, locally sourced food for our large audience. The contract provides a fully-equipped kitchen including tableware, and a barista coffee machine.
