Join local natural historian and volunteer, Guy Broome, for a guided walk around Croglin looking mainly, but not exclusively, at insects, birds, and plants. Identify and learn about species you may not have noticed before, learn about their behaviour and lives.

Meet at Croglin Village Hall at 9.30am, where there is parking. Suitable for all ages, children must be accompanied by an adult.

Please wear outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear suitable for a walk and the weather conditions on the day. The walk will last approximately  one and a half hours with refreshments at the village hall afterwards.

This event is to support ‘The Helm at Croglin’, a charity formed to refurbish and develop Croglin Church as a Community and Visitor Hub with a focus on Fellside Heritage.

All proceeds will go to ‘The Helm at Croglin’. The ticket price is voluntary and you can pay as little, or as much, as you like.
