What does it mean to live in a Geopark? Come along to a free talk on Thursday 8 May, at Halbankgate Hub, 7pm to 8.30pm to find out more. This is a chance for residents and visitors to understand more about what this landscape status means and to consider the opportunities it presents.

The talk will also look at the Access to Eden project which helps people to connect with nature, identifying any barriers and looking at ways to work around them. We hope to be able to share ideas and opportunities put forward by residents and look at potential partnerships between rural and urban groups.
