Bowlees Visitor Centre re-opens

Bowlees Visitor Centre will be reopening for the season on 18 February, 10am-4pm. As the snow drops are in abundance and the signs of spring are ever more evident, the centre is an ideal place to begin an adventure. Discover tumbling rivers, dramatic waterfalls, intimate woods, wide open moorlands and world-class geology, explore flower-rich hay meadows, experience truly dark skies, and encounter special plants and wildlife.

The visitor centre, Falls café, gift shop and picnic area are ideal for walkers and cyclists. There’s also plenty to do for families with various events and exhibitions occurring throughout the season. The centre is also dog friendly to well behaved dogs on short leads.

Season opening dates and times are 10am-4pm from 18-26 February, the weekend of 3-4 March and then open daily from 11 March.
From 1 April the centre will be open from 10-5pm.
