Curlew Calling draw-along

Curlew draw-along with Alex Jakob-Whitworth

The Curlew Calling webinar talk on curlew ecology by  Christina Taylor, from the RSPB and Curlew LIFE Project Officer (Northumberland and Cumbria), was followed with a curlew inspired ‘drawalong’ by Fellfoot Forward artist Alex Jacob-Whitworth. Participants were guided to draw a curlew using things from home – coffee, a candle, a pencil, an eraser, water, a small brush, and a black felt tip or a handwriting pen – to celebrate these iconic birds in a fun and imaginative way.
